Approach

Built a latency-aware voice pipeline with on-device wake word, diarization, dialect-aware ASR, and a guardrailed LLM router that maps intents to business tools.

Result

Reduced live agent load by handling routine tickets, while forwarding complex cases with structured context and call recordings.
